Colmar Brunton operates under the Australian Market & Social Research Society (AMSRS) Professional Code of Behaviour and the Market & Social Research Privacy Principles administered by the Association of Market & Social Research (AMSRO) Secretariat. The Privacy Principles were approved by the Privacy Commissioner and came into effect on 1 September 2003. These principles allow market research suppliers and buyers to conduct quality research whilst maintaining participant confidentiality.
