You
You may be a quantitative or qualitative research specialist. Perhaps you are in marketing services, advertising, psychology, statistics or any of the other disciplines that we value in our blended family. You are recognised by your ability to get things done. You are comfortable being answerable for your actions and rarely require micro management. You play well with others; you are emotionally intelligent, confident and articulate. You have opinions that you can talk about yet you also appreciate there is more than one way to skin a cat. Most importantly, you seek outcomes, you breathe outcomes. There is a good chance your strengths are under-realised in your current role.
